Access is provided to authorised schools and permitted users according to agreed services and role permissions. Account access may not be transferred or shared with unauthorised persons.

User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, maintain appropriate permissions, and use the platform only for legitimate school administration activities.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, harmful content, unsolicited communication, disruption, or infringement of another person’s rights.
School communications
Schools are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate basis and recipient consent for SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other communications sent through configured providers.
Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, upgrades, connectivity, or third-party provider issues may occasionally affect availability. Features may evolve as the platform develops.
School data
Each school remains responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and administration of data entered by its authorised users. We do not sell school data.
