We may collect contact details submitted through the demo form. When a school uses the platform, authorised users may enter school profiles, student and guardian records, staff information, attendance, fee, examination, homework, and communication data required to operate the service.

Information is used to arrange demos, provide school administration workflows, authenticate users, generate reports, deliver configured communications, maintain security, provide support, and improve service reliability.

School data and access

Schools control the operational data entered into their workspace. Role-based permissions are designed to restrict each user to authorised information. School data is not sold.

Service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure, email, SMS, WhatsApp, payment, or support providers configured to operate the service. Providers should receive only the information needed for their function and remain subject to appropriate safeguards.

Security and retention
